d) to move by a highway or a road for cars, except for footpaths, parking and rest areas.

for children from 3 years to without restrictions (from 3 to 15 years are possible existing characters. If a child is older than 15 years, it’ possible to provide a menu selection of teen/man/ woman/ avatar-character;
It’s possible to adapt for Inter-Raion Registration-Examination Department to the passage of the examination of the "Traffic rules" for getting the driver's license. This adaptation may be finishing (intermediate) testing of knowledge of the game rules.
The educational model: closer to educational standard of sociable behavior education  "Receive a task - go and do - get a reward" (it's used in the social identity development, requires participation in group actions)."
